What can I expect from The Art of Banksy?
The show promises a genuinely impressive experience and is a must-see to celebrate Banksy’s art and carry it out into the wider world. The Art of Banksy shows more than 150 of the artist’s works such as his original works, prints on different kinds of materials, lithographs, photos, sculptures, murals, installations, a mapping show, and many more. A video documentary gives insights into his life and work, all presented in a unique setting.

The event will take place at Queens Plaza, Brisbane.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 45 to 60 minutes.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
The experience is designed to be COVID safe.
Is there air conditioning?
The exhibition is at a constant temperature due to the artwork and items in the exhibition.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
There are texts next to each artwork and visitors can access a multimedia exhibit guide on their smartphones by scanning a QR code throughout the exhibition area. The guide is included in the ticket price, and it contains additional content such as detailed text, related photos, and videos that go beyond the exhibit signage.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
There is an audio guide available for selected markets.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?
There is a food court that is operational and two restaurants that are within a short walking distance to the exhibition.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition?
The exhibition is a walk-through exhibition.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Within Queens Plaza there are restrooms available.

Do I need to wear a mask?
Based on current government regulations, a mask is no longer mandatory. So it's no longer required.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Depending on how late, you will be moved to the next session if space is available.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals.
Are service dogs allowed?
Service animals are welcome.
Is there an age requirement?
No, the experience is suitable for all ages. Children up to 3 years old do not need to have a ticket to access the experience.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
Yes, Queens Plaza has paid parking.
What if the weather is bad?
The venue is indoors, so this is not an issue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time, or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for The Art of Banksy 'Without Limits' can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Do we have carer tickets?
Yes, companion cards are accepted at this event. Please present the companion cards to the staff with the accompanying purchased ticket.
